I mean, I assumed it wasn't, considering none of that sounded out of character for denuvo. The only thing that was wrong was the source of the constant upload was actually a misbehaving twitch plugin rather than denuvo.

I'd have to set sail and pick up a copy to find out, but I don't remember if CODEX does the whole taunting the DRM makers in the readme thing or if that was CPY, or if they both do it, or what.

In fact I think the last game I pirated was either ME2 (which I now own on Steam) or SCII:WoL (which I bought, with expansions, around when they added the Nova epilogue campaign).
