i don't think you'd have to get rid of the idea of innocent until proven guilty
I'm confused
yea that would remain but see the foundation of that point is that we are all equal
before the eyes of the law
i think the main problem with the court system atm is its load is too heavy
but i mean
there's one pretty obvious factor that contributes greatly to that
because the only reason we accept innocent until proven guilty.. is the idea that we all are equal and deserve the benefit of the doubt
i don't think that equality is necessary for that
you can say that all citizens are equal in that regard
without necessarily having to be equal in another
if we arent all equal.... why give the lesser people the benefit of the doubt at all
why not just save tax money
cuz its just wrong?
i mean, we already aren't equal
right
we don't have say, class equality
but that doesn't mean people can't at least be formally legal in some other regard
not legal equal
i know this... but if we change our executive system fundamentally... and we dont change our judiciary or legislative... idk i think we'll end up back where we started eventually
well i do think that the methods by which legislation is passed would have to change of course
boom the corruption in the other branches no longer matters
well el preisdente cant rule on every court case luci <:pepelaugh:544857300179877898>
and the judiciary would have to change to an extent to accommodate like, how judges are appointed
they can if they hang the judges who make stupid decisions
π
but i'm not sure how much the internal workings of the judicidal system would need to change
hmmm
tru tru

We just need to go back to Roman republic form of government. Everything has a contract.
>and yet they sent a dozen FBI agents to capture some old man
>then some major news group covers it despite denying they knew of it beforehand
