The tories NEED to stop cutting education and properly invest in it

UK teachers are in such high demand abroad that so many of them are just working overseas

And they earn more in third world countries than they do here!

also, theyre not cutting, theyre increasing funding

I’m trying to do more reading into it

They’ve been cutting for the past 10 years

And their increased funding doesn’t work

And it’s not just funding

It’s the management of education

From how success is measured, balance of work etc

It’s genuinely really bad and I had no idea it was THIS bad

If our education gets too shit everything else will follow

The tories have completely mismanaged it

education funding was cut in 2011 to 2013... it has been increasing ever since

with the biggest rise in funding in 2018

It’s not just throwing money at a problem

It’s managed horribly

Seriously read into our education current state

i agree throwing money at a problem does not solve it... but they have not been cutting funding for 10 years

They did cut funding

well its generally up to schools etc what to do with the money isnt it?

Government decides where it’s allocated

and labour want to get rid of ofstead... which is just bizarre

And derive management policies
