bearded dragons are pretty frisky though
WHY WOULD YOU KNOW THAT
you can't really grab them unless you know what your doing also they are fast lizards too
not sure i need that info
Much better
@Engineered Eldritch Catgirl we tend to let them have the eggs, between them and the pigs they keep the snakes away from the chooks and ducks
so a few eggs less in exchange for almost no snakes in the home paddocks is a fair trade
I dunno man, a snake would probably eat the blue tongue.
especially after the 6 year beat a Gwarda to death with a machete and proudly displlayed it to me when i got home one day
nah, bob tails and blue tongues fuck up snakes
Cause you know, bloody living in Australia.
yeah, rural Au as well 🤷🏻
the literal ground beneath your feet will try and kill you.
not looking forward to this summer, everything feels hotter already and it is only in the mid 30s
Aye
me neither
we only had 190mm rain this season, 110mm less then average, does not bode well at all
though i'm happy i was able to hold a blue tongue lizard, they are usually a few around my house but they've been attacked by cats and shit
Hell I have farmers harvesting at the moment only pulling 120kg of barley per Hectare, considering they put 60kg per hecatre in the ground and have been getting 1-2 tonnes in previous years.....there will be a few cockies hanging from trusses this year
yeah
poor bastards
up near bowen we've had a few like bats get drunk on rotten mangos or maybe it was the birds i can't remember
but up there one of my friends say its pretty much a desert
I saw reports of rain in NSW and QLD yesterday, first rain in 2-3 years for some of these places
we got a bit here, but not enough to matter, down near the border they are getting jack and shit.
Damn @Engineered Eldritch Catgirl, your bearded dragons looking hella fancy with their camouflage.
yep, mother nature is being a cranky stuck up thunder cunt latel
y
yeah, i used to try and catch em when i was younger
i remember trying to catch racehorse goannas as a young lad........
But nar, the dams near by me i believe they are pretty low atm
actually, i was talking to my brother the other day and he reminded me of when we were younger we would go on big family trips to a beach in the Pilbara, at low tide (7-9m tides here), we would go into the rock pools and find octopi.....then proceed to beat them with sticks to see which ones are blue ringed and which ones arent
genuinely suprised I am still alive considering the dumb shit i did as a kid
hahahaha
playing softball with wasp nests
all kinda stupid crap
the only dumb thing i can think of is going into a jellyfish net late at night and my sister screaming her head off that a croc was on the way to the nets because there was fish cought in the net.
haha
