I'd immediately try to get that status removed, and do physical exercise and tune back in to the 3rd dimension, and do physical labor. Anger is the only danger. If anything or anyone can make you angry, then your suffering will go astronomical.
reject your government check if you can do physical rehab and do what Jesse says to get rid of any remaining anger.
