Kinda feels weird as we Indians are probably one of the best friends of the Ruskies since decades.

The bulk of all our armed forces are all Russian stuff. MiGs, Sukhois, T-72s, T-90s, you name it. It's only recently that we started to get some American equipment like the Chinook or the C-17, although we do have some European ones for sometime, like the Mirages and the brand new Rafales.
