Vote for Beto and spark the civil war

2019-10-01 15:14:23 UTC

On purpose?

2019-10-01 15:14:28 UTC

I'm almost willing to buy the acceleration meme

2019-10-01 15:14:32 UTC

At this point

2019-10-01 15:14:34 UTC

Almost.

2019-10-01 15:14:43 UTC

I’m getting there to

2019-10-01 15:15:27 UTC

I know they feed on disorder and chaos so I'm not too partial to the idea. The interventionism it would spark would be unprecedented. The opportunity for spies to infiltrate wouldn't be better.

2019-10-01 15:19:32 UTC

The idea of destroying them is the only thing drawing me to it

2019-10-01 16:01:48 UTC

Better to prepare for the day than to invite it

2019-10-01 16:01:55 UTC

Was in the shower.

2019-10-01 16:36:43 UTC

Lmao my buddy gets $15 then complains about how rent is so high and they need rent controls

2019-10-01 16:36:50 UTC

Fucking straight bunk bullshit

2019-10-01 16:39:44 UTC

Rent controls are bullshit, but real estate as investment is highly questionable

2019-10-01 16:44:18 UTC

Depends on local market

2019-10-01 16:44:37 UTC

And what ur profit model is

2019-10-01 16:46:08 UTC

I mean the "it keeps its value" investment, that artificially drives up the price

2019-10-01 16:47:07 UTC

Depends on how u manage equity, and I don’t look at it like keeping value I look at it as increasing value

2019-10-01 16:47:50 UTC

It's a huge issue especially in cities where property prices start rising. Suddenly a lot of investment comes in, often foreign, that just looks to invest in the shit that's currently growing, and dries the prices way up.

2019-10-01 16:49:14 UTC

It's not quite as critical as for example roads, but it's still a limited resource.

2019-10-01 16:49:34 UTC

Roads are usually state regulated and/or state owned for a good reason

2019-10-01 16:49:55 UTC

Oh I agree foreign investment is sketchy but a lot of foreign investment, particularly the chinese, do this as a safe haven from their own fucked up shit, they are collaterals, and yuh its fucked, lmao and depends on the road

2019-10-01 16:50:07 UTC

Majority are state run

2019-10-01 16:50:42 UTC

But artificial price increases normally happen by the state, otherwise it’s normally considered free market

2019-10-01 16:50:52 UTC

Some bridges/tunnels are sometimes privately owned, but there's still heavy regulation as to what the owner can do with it

2019-10-01 16:51:08 UTC

Yuh, then there’s toll roads

2019-10-01 16:51:14 UTC

They need to remange how we pay for roads

2019-10-01 16:51:32 UTC

Like gas tax def works but there must b a prob in allocation of the funds

2019-10-01 16:54:22 UTC

Something like heavily restrictive regulation of people without permanent residence, passport or company residence certainly doesn't seem too unreasonable.

2019-10-01 16:55:05 UTC

Idk country is predicated in personal freedoms and rights

2019-10-01 16:55:32 UTC

what?

2019-10-01 16:56:26 UTC

Like what restriction and regulation r u talking

2019-10-01 16:56:53 UTC

can't buy real estate

2019-10-01 16:57:23 UTC

if want that, you gotta have official company presence or permanent residence

2019-10-01 16:57:29 UTC

Lol so u want no foreign investment

2019-10-01 16:57:55 UTC

if they want to set up a company, they're free to do so

2019-10-01 16:58:38 UTC

I want as many people possible spending money in the American market

2019-10-01 16:59:00 UTC

Plus if u add a clause like that people will just start fake shit to get land

2019-10-01 16:59:58 UTC

And is it all types of companies

2019-10-01 17:01:10 UTC

there are plenty of ways to invest that actually bring some value.
Instead of basically being like gold that takes up a lot of valuable space.

2019-10-01 17:04:11 UTC

Do crypto’s have value?
