Etc
Plus how are you going to prevent a human intrusion?
With necessary security measures
What's stopping someone from breaking into a Mcdonalds in 2050 and just looting the borgar
You only need one guy there
Oh so you DO need people to man a store
So you have now 6 jobs as a fast food restraunt vs 60
I can see some of middle management being replaced, they are the fat that lays on top of the muscle
I literally just said automation was meant to replace most not all jobs
Jesus christ
Waitressing, cooking, management
All machine capable
Maintenance can all be done by two people
It's not like half the country will be out of work, people will survive by doing their own things and adapting to that is extremely easy with the time frame that we have and will become easier the further we go, as things (being automated) will be by definition faster.
And the savings of not paying the cost of employing the other 54 employees is far to much to say no to
People will be able to whip up chicken coops at breakneck speed with all the parts from Ikea or whatever 3d-prints metal frame cages for self-sufficient farming
People will just cook their own eggs
Its why when my manager said they would never replace us with automated trucks I laughed in his face
How are they going to pay for that tho
If they are not employed
People can do that on their own
Who are you buying them from
Where are you buying the chicken feed
How did you purchase the land?
From the local mill who farms this stuff and produces the feed
The house you live in?
You build it yourself you fat twat
Do you even understand how to build a home?
Do most people?
Calling me a fat twat doesnt help you
There are more people in the world than there were when people built their own houses.
Automation will require an entirely new form of econkmics
My grandpa built his own house.
Good for him
Without the assistance of automation
Im sure it was rewarding
Automation is not going to make production more difficult
How is he going to pay for the tools?
Or are you suggesting we go back to the stone age if you job is absorbed by automation
You either make your own damn tools or... HOW DO YOU AFFORD THE AUTOMATION
