these savages wouldnt have electricity if it wasnt for us
Sure I mean they are Swedes and even worse.
But they built their entire world on the assumption that we would be there. We won't. But I think that, while leaving, we should at least try to tecach them how to be better.
I dont know... I feel like we have tried long enough right?
We've given them technology... ideas... and etc etc. on and on
I'll change the subject for a bit: I've got something Hilarious to share
A few months ago, my Church suffered a Split and lost about 50% of its congregation due to "The Arguement"
(Homosexuality)
wow, slow to the party
Anyway, one of our Pastors left our church (she was already I believe in the process of leaving because of some disagreements with the senior pastor) and left to go re-launch a church that had recently said they wanted a rebranding.
This new church is your run-of-the-mill leftist, Globo-Homo, Diversity Good, Politically Active, Modern Church, and they are doing something, that I actually think at its core is a good idea (but they are doing it for the wrong reasons) and the result is hilarious
Their ministry is all about helping each other remove debt and financial burdens through community. There is only one issue:
One of the Pastors is a DemSoc
And, even better: They recently advertised "Financially Literary Classes" which I thought was great. Unfortunately, their """Financial Literacy""" is talking bad about 'Muh Capitalism' and blaming it for all the problems.
Anyone want to guess the text that they are using throughout this financial literacy workshop?
I literally cannot make this shit up:
They are deadass using Das Kapital by Karl Marx
I am deceased
hmm, gonna guess these aren't the same churches who host Dave Ramsey's *Financial Peace University*
cant believe its even an argument
I mean... its pretty clear.. the text is pretty clear on that issue
And id say capitalism is something I am struggling with... it seems american society is vapid... materialistic... no purpose
causing these socialist/communist revolutionary movements...
I mean, wow
not even going straight for the ususal Jesus addage about rich men and camels going through the eye of a needle
obviously communism is awful... but... is the society we live in that is centered on materialism... corporatism... consumerism... is that really a good thing? Especially with the rich evading taxes as they do... and so on... There are issues with our capitalist society that will bubble to the surface whether we like it or not
which in its proper context was more in line with Jesus' confrontation of usury than capitalism, but still
like not even the knocking over tables and chasing the money changers out with a thorn whip bit?
I love that one
Jesus was onto something when he kicked them jews out because they were selling offerings and shiez
<:pepelaugh:544857300179877898>
iirc they were actually gentiles or some shit
or some other roman-absorbed ethnicity
🤔 oooohh realllyyyy well the jews killed him so
<:pepelaugh:544857300179877898>
lol jk
@UnScottable They only did it because they thought he was a troublemaker
Quite pragmatic of them, tbh
@UnScottable You need to go to the hollocaust museum. Jews are friends..
stop blaming the worlds problems on them
Israel is a great ally and helps out America where they can
In fact, we should honestly be supporting them at every opportunity. Israel's best interests are our best interests.
