There are variations of Fascism but the original Fascist ideology is well defined.

It is used as a blanket term but the original Italian Fascism is well defined.

Actual Italian Fascism was very well defined.
Just because some people were inspired by Mussolini it doesn't mean that Mussolini's doctrine wasn't clearly defined.

Actual Fascism is the Italian one.
Every variation of the Italian Fascism doctrine makes by definition that ideology different, even if it is just a variation.

They are variations of Fascism but unless they follow the Italian Fascist doctrine closely is not really the same thing.

I think that studying the history of Italian Fascism though helps understanding why certain "Key concepts" are there.

For example the corporatist position was because Mussolini tried to make both workers and industrialists happy.
Class cooperation and Harmony sounds Better than class struggle, doesn't It ?

It took the support of workers from the socialists and kinda relaxed the industrialists and further policies such as the nationalization of failed companies and keep the workers helped him gaining support.
