I think it's fair to say human nature, is rooted in survival of the fittest, a hierachal nature of strongest-weakest. This doesn't consider human suffering of those who aren' the fittest

2017-06-05 05:26:28 UTC

@𝔊𝔦𝔷𝔪𝔬𝔧𝔦 I think you underestimate the complexity and nuance involved in natural selection. It is not simply the biggest and strongest that dominate.

2017-06-05 05:26:39 UTC

@𝔊𝔦𝔷𝔪𝔬𝔧𝔦 Debunked already by Kropotkin in the mutual aid

2017-06-05 05:26:49 UTC

animals help themselves to evolve too

2017-06-05 05:26:53 UTC

and just look at the families

2017-06-05 05:27:10 UTC

Also from my own experience, I'd prefer to cooperate than destroy between ourselves

2017-06-05 05:27:37 UTC

true

2017-06-05 05:28:06 UTC

But it's normal that with this configuration people think it's human nature

2017-06-05 05:28:33 UTC

it's a mode of production and structure pushing it

2017-06-05 05:29:17 UTC

that said, competition can be fun and outside capitalism

2017-06-05 05:29:40 UTC

games for example, since you aren't harming anyone really or trying to survive and you do something you like

2017-06-05 05:30:12 UTC

If people are motivated by feelings of personal security, what is to prevent a resurgence of Fascism in Europe?

2017-06-05 05:30:34 UTC

Why prevent it

2017-06-05 05:30:54 UTC

Fascism has never failed as a form of government

2017-06-05 05:31:04 UTC

@Evan I should rephrase, what makes its prediction unrealistic.

2017-06-05 05:31:15 UTC

It did, promising improvements to the people and selling all of them to big businesses

2017-06-05 05:31:50 UTC

fascism keeps capitalism, private property

2017-06-05 05:32:19 UTC

@Evan If you will recall, lack of ability to defend itself and making too many poor military decision directly lead to the collapse of Fascism. It has too much bravado and aggression to achieve stable existence.

2017-06-05 05:32:42 UTC

evan are you cute

2017-06-05 05:32:53 UTC

That's nit the systems fault

2017-06-05 05:32:55 UTC

Not

2017-06-05 05:33:09 UTC

I'm writing a paper on prosumer capitalism atm and I have to argue in favour of it -.-

2017-06-05 05:33:21 UTC

Capitalism world

2017-06-05 05:33:32 UTC

But it destroys culture through consumerizaton

2017-06-05 05:33:46 UTC

And degrades humans to self interest animals

2017-06-05 05:34:04 UTC

@Evan Bravado and militaristic aggression are systemic hallmarks of Fascism. They are not?

2017-06-05 05:35:48 UTC

It's doesn't have to be and as long as your leader isn't dumbass

2017-06-05 05:36:15 UTC

Anyone who'd lead a fascist country is a dumbass.

2017-06-05 05:36:17 UTC

Dumbass.

2017-06-05 05:36:20 UTC

Well, I will believe it when I see it. So far history has no such examples.

2017-06-05 05:36:37 UTC

It's the same with a gommunism.

2017-06-05 05:36:59 UTC

neither structure fully acknowledges the divine spark of the individual

2017-06-05 05:37:15 UTC

its all based on flawed psychoanalytic theories

2017-06-05 05:37:31 UTC

idk how you monkeys even tolerate this shit

2017-06-05 05:37:44 UTC

That depends. Communists claim that the system is aligned with human nature. If Communism is flawed, they claim, it is because of human nature.

2017-06-05 05:37:56 UTC

commuinists are trying to tell nature how to be

2017-06-05 05:38:03 UTC

becasue they cant accept the truth of humanity

2017-06-05 05:38:12 UTC

That's such a stupid argument

2017-06-05 05:38:14 UTC

they're literally running from it

2017-06-05 05:38:21 UTC

this

2017-06-05 05:38:37 UTC

Communism is not aligned with human nature no matter how much you want it to be
