Say that to the vietnamese farmers, the african nomads, and the chinese farmers, and may I note, that the average IQ in tibet is around 90, so it is nearly equal to that of the US, and even some middle eastern and asian countries have higher average IQ's, granted this number is bloated and generalized, but, the fact remains that the average mountain person of tibet is no more intelligent than that of the average burger or korean.

The thing that an afghani is concerned with is probably farming poppy plants, and grazing farm animals so he can eat them, and then sell some spare meat at the local market.

Poppy plants of course are useful for producing heroin, which you sell to the local afghani government or the taliban in order to get a nice profit.
