China's response to our publicly announced plan and execution of putting warfighters into their nation was to put electromagnetic "rail-guns" on their warships. That's China's way of saying "we have no idea what we're doing, so here's our small cocks".
This also means that, because there's no political blow-back, China is evidently guilty of many things and that military intelligence is completely up their asses.
Military action is the governing dynamic of government...strategy is the only true politics.
