Regretting tranny surgery is actually very common, it's why the tranny suicide rate only increases after the surgery, because they want to be the opposite gender but end up realizing that not only will they never be the opposite gender but they genitially mutilated themselves, often irreversibly, so they kill themselves in a combination of shame and embarrassment and they lose the will to live because they can't be what they feel like they should be.
