I hope this aint the type of server to ban for hate speech
I don't know how life is, it's ok I guess, probably leaning towards good lately. Tomorrow is my birthday and my dad ordered me a new church dress that I can't trip over (I've always had some level of an inclination for clumsiness) and a couple more new clothes, so that's cool.
@Deleted User well happy early birthday
🎉
Thanks.
I actually still have to recover clothes-wise from my weight loss a few years back, which made it so I had hardly any clothes that fit me. Slowly, I'm working towards getting a decent amount of clothes that actually fit and are nice and modest.
@Deleted User congratz on that too
Oh yea the whole catholism thing
Did it effect the political views you have?
Not really. I was already a monarchist and distributist as an agnostic (even though I didn't know that distributism had a name), and the more I learned about how the Catholic Church is one of the foundations for this great civilization, the more Catholic-leaning I became, becoming a clerical monarchist rather just a plain monarchist, until finally one day I was like "What reason do I have to not convert?" but couldn't think of one, so I converted.
Thats nice
Distributism is epic
Even if its really opposite of me
Idk how you can be monarchist and distributist though lol
It's all for decentralization
I'm basically NRx except not just anti-Enlightenment but anti-Protestant Reformation as well because the Reformation is what provided the foundation for the Enlightenment to happen.
@Deleted User so are you against this new progressive wave?
Absolutely. I'm against all liberalism, inclduing oldschool liberalism. I'm against every kind of liberalism from the very beginnings of it.
So atheist and catholics could ally
Or is religion the most important? @Deleted User
Any alliance would be short and temporary tbh.
Indeed
I used to be an atheist.
I mostly became atheist due to not having religion pushed on me
Tho i like some religous ideals
I became an atheist because I was from a village in the northeast, where everyone at my school but me was religious, so I went online to see if I was the only non-believer out there, and found out that I was not, that there were others too, and from that I joined the Skeptic Community, became a fan of the Amazing Atheist, and went around harassing Christians just for believing in God.
@Deleted User same as me basicly
Just leave harrasment part out
I was an amazing atheist fan as a christian
weird times for me
@Ned Kelly i was pot supporting lgbt hippy
I jihaded against Muslims on twitter
Wack times
I stopped being an atheist because I was being criticized for being a bitch for no reason, which made me rethink my decision to become an atheist, which made me realize that I hated Christians because they couldn't prove that there is a God, but I couldn't prove that there isn't a God any more than believers could prove that there is, so I felt bad for being such a hypocritical bitch and reverted back to agnosticism.
@Deleted User i mean you cant disprove negative
