Hitler used Christianity as a weapon to gain public support (since Germany had been Christian for 1,000+ years) then used "Positive Christianity" to phase it out. "Gott Minn Uns" referred to the ancient head pagan God Wotan, not the Christian God. The Roman Catholic Church openly denounced Hitler since he was so anti-Christian and anti-Church.
