Two tribes occupying the same space won't work. Culture is an emergent phenomenon of a particular tribe. It is the aggregate of that groups temperament. Thus, 2 tribes in the same territory lead to one another trying to establish their tribes cultural norms, i.e. temperament. Given that temperaments are different, then conflict is inevitable.
