Wood shop and metal shop that im currently in

My school has a wood shop, metal shop, CAD, autobody, and I think an intro to electrical house wiring?

I don't know all the classes

i'm supposed to have cad but the school is running a program with a 16GB reccomended minimum + certified video card on 4GB ram pcs with integrated graphics so you cant even save, its really dumb

so the class is basicly study hall now

I took welding last semester but I couldn't do much because of covid

our school "figured that the UV from the arc welding ought to kill the covid" this year and resumed class, last year (when there weren't covid cases in our community) they had remote learning for the whole last quater, in a region where a significant number of the kids dont have reliable internet... this year they are just forcing everyone to wear masks

My school is a trade school so we alternate between an academic cycle and a shop cycle. The school has a Carpentry, Electrical, Automotive, Graphics Tech., Health Tech., Culinary, Mechanical Design and Engineering Tech., Plumbing, HVAC, and Precision Machining Tech/Manufacturing Tech(which is the shop im in)

my school didn't have the shop class "cut" completely per se. but the number of available classes decrease and more students are jammed into one class
