No

2021-02-25 23:43:48 UTC

You're just trying Hitler

2021-02-25 23:44:29 UTC

Cause if someone is that evil I’m assuming we would want to use the death penalty right

2021-02-25 23:44:43 UTC

Uh no

2021-02-25 23:44:43 UTC

Self-defense is when you have to kill or injure someone in order to get out of a dangerous situation

2021-02-25 23:45:05 UTC

It doesn't matter how evil; it isn't your duty to kill someone.

2021-02-25 23:45:09 UTC

or have someone kille

2021-02-25 23:45:10 UTC

d

2021-02-25 23:48:18 UTC

Death is fucking pog

2021-02-26 00:52:11 UTC

thats the thing bro i wouldnt do it

2021-02-26 00:52:41 UTC

and idc what you do because it doesnt affect me in any way

2021-02-26 01:31:38 UTC

I support the death penalty for the WORST of crimes, and it should only be done highly conservatively at that.

While I REALLY oppose abortion, I'm still pro-choice since people should at least have the ability to do so if they absolutely wish to or have good reason to.

2021-02-26 01:55:11 UTC

yea

2021-02-26 01:55:19 UTC

death penalty is bad imo

2021-02-26 01:55:22 UTC

its death so

2021-02-26 01:55:36 UTC

abortion is also good for population control

2021-02-26 02:32:49 UTC

A ban on abortion can have exceptions in cases of rape, incest, and when the life of the mother is threatened. Can you name any other case where abortion would be justified? People should not be getting abortions out of convenience. If someone really doesn't want to raise a child, even though it's not ideal, they should put it up for adoption. That's better than killing them.

2021-02-26 02:34:14 UTC

As I said I'm pretty against abortion but I don't feel completely right with banning it either.

2021-02-26 02:35:00 UTC

it really should be banned past a certain point but I don't see why it should be outright banned before said point

2021-02-26 02:56:20 UTC

One of the middle ones cause I would only want minimum death penalty, like for mass murder or similar large casualty things

2021-02-26 05:04:18 UTC

So my question is, when does it become wrong, and what changed on the baby in that said time period that gives it value or doesn't?

2021-02-26 05:04:42 UTC

Do serial killers count?

2021-02-26 05:05:02 UTC

I think it's a compromise situation since it's an extremely polarizing topic

2021-02-26 05:07:17 UTC

In my honest opinion, I don't think that a life of a whole human being or thousands a day is something that anyone should compromise on. Something like taxes, sure, abortion nah man.

2021-02-26 05:08:32 UTC

I think people should still have the right to do it, primarily in edge cases, but it should definitely be frowned upon

2021-02-26 05:08:54 UTC

Yes

2021-02-26 05:09:05 UTC

even if extremely shitty for them to do it, it still is their body and their choice

2021-02-26 05:09:20 UTC

Maybe a tiny compromise like rape, incest, like has been pointed out so many times

2021-02-26 05:09:28 UTC

hot take: life in prison is worse than the death penalty

2021-02-26 05:09:40 UTC

definitely

2021-02-26 05:09:41 UTC

You ever been? Lol

2021-02-26 05:10:33 UTC

Why is incest always separated from rape in these discussions? Either it was rape also which I think would be bigger evil or it was sickly consensual.

2021-02-26 05:11:40 UTC

is incest morally correct?

2021-02-26 05:16:26 UTC

I'll muddy the water's, what about say a third cousin? At what point is it acceptible because in some places most people are related to everyone at some point.

FYI, I still think the genetic problems is to high and would not ever consider it.

2021-02-26 05:16:41 UTC

That's partially true. If they're alive, then they're taking tax payer dollars. If they're dead, they don't suffer mortally but depending on the sins they committed they'd go to Hell for eternal torment. It's all about perspective.

2021-02-26 06:10:04 UTC

A fetal human is not part of a woman's body

2021-02-26 06:14:43 UTC

Well that's why they're separated

2021-02-26 06:16:16 UTC

Assuming Hell exists, then if someone is sentenced to life in prison, they would eventually die naturally so that would happen anyway

2021-02-26 06:17:52 UTC

I suppose, but then again tax payer dollars are being wasted. But that's on a temporal level with a temporal mindset. If we actually think about it, then life in prison is good, because they have the chance in mortal life to repent of their wrongdoings instead of being sent straight to the otherside.

2021-02-26 06:20:31 UTC

That is another problem with the death penalty, it's not rehabilitative. I don't disagree with the notion that people should be punished but I also think we should try to rehabilitate them.
