Courts won't listen to somebody under guardianship
well then it's the fault of the guardian
Guardianship makes anyone under it a legal minor effectively
That’s part of why I was smeared so heavily after I was fired...
And the yearly court hearings basically detail anything done "wrong," creating a laundry list that poisons the well against independence
well the only other option is to look for alternatives of the guardianship and sue for freedom from said guardianship out of fear of their own life or feel like they're being oppressed by said guardian
Suing for freedom is your only shot, because the legal guardian holds the power
also theres the consideration of if admiralty laws are being thrown out of the legal books for good, and only constitutionally processed laws applies from now on, this guardianship may be considered illegal now

They might be okay with my being independent one day, but that want to make sure I “Can do everything right” they way they want me too.

I observe it all the time with my eldest brother
Also, one thing I have with my autism is extremely poor emotional control... One of the main reasons my parents are always able to win is pointing out how upset I get.
That is one major point brought up by my parents too

Same. I'm also in California but my in-laws are the ones who believe all that crap.
They want to get the vaccine and didn't even bother to do any research. When I even try to talk to them about the issue they don't believe me and instead send me these fake articles that look like they we're written within a few minutes.
They're getting the vaccine on Monday and I'm honestly kinda paranoid because some of the stuff I've read says that you become contagious when you get symptoms.
