No. I'd give my reasons for why I don't like monarchy. But if the monarchist tried to say something like "you're a capitalist so you should like monarchy" then I may bring it up.

You need to dissect *why* he wants monarchy, right? And the reason why people have historically wanted monarchy is because they want meritocracy and they believe that the current system isn't doing a particularly good job of it.
