Joey's a mechanic in Baltimore. One night, she receives a call from her best friend asking her to come pick up his car from the Baltimore body dumping ground known as Leakin Park. When she arrives, his car is abandoned. After she gets his car back to the body shop, she discovers a corpse in his trunk.
He won't respond to anything and seems to be missing. While the BPD search for him as a killer suspect, she races to find him first to find out what happened. While tracking down her friend, she discovers a city of ghosts underneath Baltimore... and meets a reaper.
Basically the whole rest of it is her trying to find her friend and what happened, with ghosts involved lmao
