Is the Bluetooth module a usb dongle or built into the system?

As said before, download the driver from the manufacturer the one installed automatically by windows is not the official driver it’s a generic one

If it’s usb dongle find the manufacturer and download drivers via their site

If it’s built into the system like a laptop go to the laptop manufacturers website and go to the product page for the laptop and download the Bluetooth drivers

If it’s built into motherboard, go to the motherboard manufacturer site and look for the corresponding Bluetooth drivers for the motherboard model

Also someone asked if it was previously working before and all of a sudden stopped working
