there is the argument that it could start an arms race with other countries, but really, that's a possibility with any and every military or weaponry advancement there ever has been. It may also cause temporary problems with the air force as its already very involved in space and upper atmosphere causing the air force to be weakened hence also our global military dominance along with it

essentially they are a sub branch of the Air Force and their primary role is to essentially operate as the cyberwarfare unit of the US
