Because I'm looking at buying one and then plates and add one overtime to get a budget friendly build

Ok because I found one from a quality manufacturer on sale for 120$

And if I'm not mistaken I shoukd be able to find plates for about the same price that are level 4

For about $400 You can get some decent body armor with a front and back plate

Ones that have been proven not to crack or penetrate after one round

Are rts tacticals plates any good?

They're 90 dollars for 1 level 4 plate

As I own steel plate I would say to anyone looking at getting plates get one set of steel and one set of ceramic. The ceramic I think are better if ur moving alot since its lighting

That depends on you, tbh

For me, a full vest with plates would weigh a quarter of my body weight and slow me down dramatically
