Even down to the clothing.
Along with Braveheart
It's a revenge film
Same goes for braveheart
I like revenge films
yes braveheart was kinda cringe
A bastardisation of history.
Gets your blood going
I like the films
But don't ever use anything from those films as remotely accurate
agreed.
they are good movies
but little more
Even the rifle styles are too modern
I was told that FAL were actually light, which was bad because of the round they fired being one of the more powerful ones and therefore screwing recoil
Like he uses a 19th century Carolina flintlock style rifle through most of the film.
They weigh almost 10 pounds unloaded
i mean, just slap a good comp on and it should be good right?
Well damn
Depends on the varient
Yeah like I said heavy as shit
thats ridiculous
The C1A1 or "CFAL" was very light
probs off topic from y'all, but do you know if you can put a bayonet on a 10/22?
You can do anything with duck tape
Probably, is it recommended? Probably not
I didn't ask recommended... I asked possible... I want to stab while I shoot squirrels
@Bradyn 10 pounds was on the heavy end. The average one weighed around 8.5-9 pounds.
ye, just weld a bayonet lug on. you may have to also weld some sodder onto the front of the barrel and then file it down untill it fits the bayonet loop on bayonet.
Unloaded
Mhm
7 pounds for the lighter ones
Even down to 6.5
8.5 pounds is still heavy my guy
Still not as much as 10
Aren’t AKs 10 lbs when fully loaded?
fair point
ngl, when I build my ar, ima go for a sub 7 pound gun. (unloaded)
Which AK?
Yeah but the lighter you went the more reliability problems they had
