might not be hard to get though

and probably instrument rating

so you can fly in all conditions

probably, but I wouldn't imagine it's easy. tanks are hard to use on civilian roads and generally would be on private property, helicopters are more mobile and you'd need a pilot's license etc. etc.

I plan on getting one yes, but helis are so different from airplanes that I doubt it would help much
