What's screwed up is... I make too much to get a stimulus check. But... I get taxed more than those that are receiving a stimulus check

The last I heard was that if you make over a certain amount you don't get a stimulus check

and they kept lowering it

at one point it was if you made over 400k a year, then down to 250k, then down to 75k

what they *need* to do is give it to small business owners

but that would make too much sense

and at no point are they specifying area that you live in. 75k is great in some parts of this country, but it's also considered lower-middle class at best in other parts where it's more expensive to live

$75k in New York is low standard of living compared to making $75k in Kansas City.
