graccoon, definitely

i like raccoons, rats, garbage dwelling vermin in general

for some odd reason

Graccoon’s evolutions are not complete yet but he evolves into a grass dark type based on the coati (large raccoon relative) and the bud on his tail develops into a hook so the final evo uses it as a grappling hook to break into buildings and nests in trees

one idea for a starter critter would be "weavolt", an electric weasel

Middle stage uses leaves for gloves to avoid being caught stealing, but the leaves have a distinctive print so his genius plan failed

And Graccoon will try and steal berries if it’s trainer looses a battle to heal the team

And he likes to take his trainer’s left shoe

GatDoS, a retro-3d looking cat with a tophat

Blazoll is the only one with a complete line

He evolves into Tasflamia and Pyracine

and Me0wlware, a similar but less cute version of GatDoS

And both Graccoon and Cubble are recognizable being a raccoon and a big cat so we can have an oddball

Cubble is based on a Jaguar and as he evolves his feet grow large and webbed, he gets a dewgong like tail, and fins

Essentially evolving into a permanent water creature
