The story I’m giving it. SD Arizona was built after Yamato left. Being low on resources the Arizona isn’t as nice as Yamato, but she’s rugged and tough, she’s meant to take a beating and dish it back out. Most defensive Armaments consist of heavy batteries rather than rapid fire blasters. She also sports the ability to carry 4 intercepter fighters

I never watched anime but I watch a lot of WWII stuff so I thought you were talking about the yamato class from WWII until I saw read more carefully
