oh I didn’t learn this at grade 8

All we learned was bedmas or pedmas

and moving variables to one side

oh same im learning that but I also am learning trigonometry and finnished algebra 2

when do u learn that in canada

just curious bc u said its different there

grade 10. We do a lot of different subjects at once

Such as my grade 10 year was mostly about factoring. Soh cah toa and linear equations

yeah soh cah toa was a bit hard for me at first

it was hard at first but after I got used to it it’s a no brainer

i learned mostly about factoring in algebra 2

but im learning on my own because we are learning the very basics of algebra in 8th grade

factoring was boring and long

I never liked dividing polynomials with long division, I always just used synthetic division

if it’s ax^2 + bx + c than factoring is pretty easy
