The question is asking for the max y value
one thing to keep in mind is that when you divide a negative. The inequality flips
Don’t think it applies for multiplication (it doesn’t matter in this question though)
goddamn how do you get that smart xD i just put a random equation from google to see if anyone was smart enough to get it
Of course substitution would have been better
bruh i wish i was that smart 😦
It isn’t that bad once you get the hang of it
what grade u in
im in 8th
11th
Classes work differently in Canada btw
oh
thats cool
were u good at this in 8th grade
can u tutor me im stoopid
😦
oh I didn’t learn this at grade 8
All we learned was bedmas or pedmas
and moving variables to one side
oh same im learning that but I also am learning trigonometry and finnished algebra 2
just curious bc u said its different there
grade 10. We do a lot of different subjects at once
Such as my grade 10 year was mostly about factoring. Soh cah toa and linear equations
yeah soh cah toa was a bit hard for me at first
it was hard at first but after I got used to it it’s a no brainer
yeah
is 11th grade college
in canada
I haven’t had to solve inequalities in years
no it isn’t
oh
It goes up to 12 years (senior)
i see
You learn about factoring or parabolas?
i learned mostly about factoring in algebra 2
but im learning on my own because we are learning the very basics of algebra in 8th grade
oh I see
like f(x)=-5+2x^2
I was wondering how would you be learning it at 8th grade when I learned it last year
oh
