@sixfivebyfiftyfive @2Lazy2BeOriginal
Full disclosure: It is free! And it is college courses written by colleges. The courses themselves are valid but their standing towards a degree are hidden behind a $100 pay wall. You can still get the education but you won't get anything aside from the education and a certificate saying you've completed the course(s). But studying college courses now will better your chances of passing all your courses later.
@sixfivebyfiftyfive @2Lazy2BeOriginal ie. They're not accredited. Some colleges/unis might accept them though.
right now it is. uni is hard and I'm still in hs
I don't follow @kriegor191
@2Lazy2BeOriginal If you go to the edu.org website it explains it a little better.
My short and sweet version: accreditation is the process a higher education organization undergoes to say "We're valid! Our degree means something." Edu.org courses don't have that accreditation.
@2Lazy2BeOriginal You'll gain all of the knowledge but potentially nothing of the paperwork.
so it's a risk if people will accept it as a degree?
Yes! Like I said, you can Jumpstart your actual education so when you start studying your major you're already ahead.
oh interesting
Some places, I'm sure, do accept the certificates but nobody is obligated to, unlike a regionally accredited university.
ah ok
If you go from Harvard to another regionally accredited university, they'll likely match you for your credits at a 1:1 level.
For example. Other colleges might make you take those courses again.
Picking the right accreditation is important when you're looking at higher education.
How do you find critical velocity in vertical circular motion?
Fucking hate circular motion lol.
F equals mv squared divided by r
@Smitty do you mean the required centripetal force as f
@kriegor191 I talked to my Bus. teacher, and he told me to study finance, bus. law, bus. management, and economics. He took a hot minute to emphasize the importance of taking finance, because you absolutely need to know how to do it, and that class teaches you how to record things properly, manage your finances, and accurately report everything to the government.
He also said that it helped him to know what kinds of people to bring on when he needed help with finances, particularly with some of the bigger projects he did for the gov.
types of accountants and such
Hope this helps a bit.
my fucking teachers keep destroying my grades they started critiquing me more on super small things as soon as I said that this whole racism unit we are on is very biased and mostly full of BS
:/
ya'll have a unit on racism?
wtf
i mean, holy shit though, I know what u mean. Personally, I just advise that you dont share you opinions if you want good grades. Personally, idc anymore and I don't wanna be shut up, but my grades weren't top notch before hand anyways. :/
yep

Took a physics test
