that looks familiar to my econ work <:weirdpepe:803800661933555714>

2021-03-07 03:13:22 UTC

Can you screenshot each step

2021-03-07 03:13:31 UTC

Like I’m supposed to graph it. But it’s already graphed?

@isoboto does your professor use mindtap?

2021-03-07 03:17:57 UTC

Yup lol. we made memes about how much he mentioned mindtap XD

@Kaladin for the green demand chart: notice the difference in units. the green chart has "thousand" while the initial graph is in "millions". thus you would need to convert the units of boxes to the corresponding price to plot out the two extreme ends

2021-03-07 03:18:32 UTC

Ahhh

2021-03-07 03:18:48 UTC

yep what she said lol

2021-03-07 03:18:58 UTC

mindtap will show you the solution

2021-03-07 03:19:12 UTC

I was not thinking out side the box

2021-03-07 03:19:30 UTC

I always have brain glitches like that

2021-03-07 03:19:34 UTC

so if you don't know how to solve a question, try your best and fill in with your guess, then choose "grade now" and read through the solution

2021-03-07 03:19:39 UTC

Lol

2021-03-07 03:20:07 UTC

i'm trying to solve the integral question above <:SadPepe:801485397678489660> but i don't think i have learnt integrals during high school

2021-03-07 03:20:09 UTC

Yeah I use that a lot. But my teacher is dumb and averages out every attempt. Instead of taking the highest one. Doesn’t make sense honestly

2021-03-07 03:20:24 UTC

So basically I can do that, but it cost me points

2021-03-07 03:21:43 UTC

which one??

2021-03-07 03:21:44 UTC

oh is it a quiz XD

2021-03-07 03:21:58 UTC

Integrals are not fun

2021-03-07 03:22:05 UTC

the given zeros are (-4, 4 + i) above

2021-03-07 03:22:22 UTC

i found an example online but in the example both numbers are positive

2021-03-07 03:22:28 UTC

yea

2021-03-07 03:22:47 UTC

2021-03-07 03:22:55 UTC

this is the example i found

2021-03-07 03:23:43 UTC

i supposed in this case we can solve for half of the equations 🤔

2021-03-07 03:23:52 UTC

4 +/- i

2021-03-07 03:24:15 UTC

I think the answer is just (x^2)-16-xi-4i

2021-03-07 03:24:31 UTC

but that just doesnt look right for some reason

2021-03-07 03:24:44 UTC

maybe? this is the first time i run into integrals

2021-03-07 03:25:57 UTC

I took a course on complex polynomials but that was a while ago

2021-03-07 03:27:24 UTC

@isoboto I feel kinda dumb because I learned all this stuff but when anyone asks about it the first thing I do is google it.

2021-03-07 03:27:39 UTC

shhhhh dont tell anyone

2021-03-07 03:28:54 UTC

<:KEK:795742276549607456> that's me in every class

2021-03-07 03:29:11 UTC

okay so i found another example

2021-03-07 03:29:25 UTC

basically this is just expanding stuff? 🤨

2021-03-07 03:29:38 UTC

not sure how the "i" works hmmmm

2021-03-07 03:29:41 UTC

yea

2021-03-07 03:29:53 UTC

oh then it should be easy (i think XD)

2021-03-07 03:29:58 UTC

"i" is actually an unreal number
