What I do to get myself to study is set a specific time when I don’t do anything else, and during that time I set up a reward system, so I study for ten minutes and I watch a show for five, and then just repeat that until I’m done or the time is up

Then again that’s what helps me and I have pretty bad adhd so you might not need such lengths
