oh I've been trying to do a plank every day. still around the 3 min mark
I think my best plank was 5 minutes
Before i started i could only do like 5 push ups
1 month ago
Now i can do 40
I dont have an eating disorder but I struggle eating
and then we're going to get the spring ice flooding

I can do like 25 right now
Same which is why i got protein powder
I can definitely do more than 15
I can't do push ups
I havent done a plank in like a month
I'm a wuss
I can do 14 pull ups in 2 sets. Not good, but much better than when I started this year
But I want to change that
I cant do a single pull up
or I think I cant
fuck chin ups
I hate chin ups
Along with side planks
I've played ring fit and I think with the strength gained I should be able to do one?
It certainly helped me do like 10 extra push ups
Yah im happy with the look
But im even happier about being able to help work
