also it would take a lot of work to establish communism, it wouldn't go unnoticed

We should keep the government and taxes to a minimum,but a police force and a military can be good,just don't give them too much power,and train the police better

And useful,air is much more important than sea or land in combat,because you can get bombed

Also AnCap wouldn't have a free market,there would be noone to break up monopolies,and they would just buy any business that arises or lower prices until all competition is gone

It'd be hard to have monopolies without a government since the government creates monopolies

Monopolies are natural,they appear when a business grows enough to take the majority of a market and they can't really be destroyed by the market
The government can break them up tho
