I do not agree with civic nationalism it has been shown to be a disaster. Blacks have always been a high single mom demograghic regardless of the welfare state. Sub saharan african has a single mom rate of 32 procent. This has more to do with inferior culture and lower IQ. To change that you need a massive government and would have to have black children raised by the government as in China. Also you do not mentions demograhic change for the rising crime but rather the welfare state. If america was still 91 procent white the crime rate would be far lower.

Singapore is the most ethnically and economically diverse country but they have the lowest crime rates in the entire world. Tougher punishment of crime and a pro capitalist/traditional culture is how it is done, it has nothing to do with your melinin amount or socio-economic status.
