A 1 bedroom studio apartment thing in *san Francisco* will cost you a couple million. In the most noisy and dense part of the city!

And then in texas it's like 300k for a nice suburban 4 room house

I have a bunch of American friends who live in Cal

He's gonna try and get all sales of private gasoline vehicles in CA banned by 2030

They mined all the Rare Earth Metals we used up until recently

I can't imagine how bad the environment would get if we just skyrocketed this rare earth metals mining to fuel "green energy"
