Plates no problem once you've the fitness to go with it

No point in wearing it if you're intending to use it in some kind of light infantry role

But urban combat without armour is suicide

I can't see myself ever wearing plates I'm not the type of person to go door to door dragging libs out during the coming civil peace

I'll wear level 2 vest to work though

I wouldn't bother with soft armour tbh
