I have a 20mm casing ejected by a deck gun on the USS Ronald Regan, unlike in this picture it's steel like the second to last shell. It has to be at least 8x the weight of a .50 brass casing, if you threw the 50 cal at someones head you would anger them, throwing the 20 mil steel casing at their head would leave them seeing stars.
