What aesthetic direction do you think has been most effective so far for /esg/. We started out with a bit of everything and for a while got a bit fashwave in our theme, and the last few days we've used just simple beautiful photographs of white european people in nature surroundings and environments. What do you think should be the "look" of our group going forward, with recruiting the right kind of people with the right kind of message in mind? I ask because he weekend is coming and I'll probably try to make some new material if anyone has any thoughts or suggestions.
i think we can keep trying different things
Sounds good. Which things in particular have you liked so far?
Fashwave carries a very specific connotation that i don't believe is reflective of what I've seen in this group, but it isi certainly a nice aesthetic.
Ive liked the european people in nature settings theme
I think fashwave is mainly good for getting attention and not much else, like a big neon sign. But the european people in nature theme is more true to our group and our motives and shows that we're serious and self-aware and not just LARPing or trying to be edgy. I think I may try some things with that over the weekend.
In other words, what we're going to slap across all our propaganda images.
Cascade Front is the name, no logo yet
Gotcha
Let me know when we do, and I'll get right to work
well nobody is making one atm, you can try if youd like
I'll see if I can come up with anything good
I've got a bunch of fashwave and other propaganda on my site politicallyincorrectbase.com more specifically at politicallyincorrectbase.com/results.php?tag=fashwave. I personally prefer the wetern culture/statues/paintings imagery (politicallyincorrectbase.com/results.php?tag=western_culture) or the esg thread imagery like this one.
Yay
Likewise, I have a lot of information-pics and wallpapers
How do you guys feel about using the Othila rune as our main symbol?
"Home or homeland. Hearth, family, inheritance, lineage, estate, possessions."
We could use black, white, and green as our main color scheme, needs to be polished a bit but something like this ^^^ What do you guys think?
i like it
I think something like this has enough in common with other Northwest movements to show our kinship but is unique enough to signify that we are our own thing and not tied to any particular organization. I like the significance of this rune as well as the pine tree as an indicator of the location as well as growth and continuity.
mhm
fucking deep as shit
Yeah and the symbol placement makes me think of 'roots', which is an important theme.
