2017-09-30 17:20:06 UTC

every shithole costs 1mio

2017-09-30 17:20:57 UTC

Hmmm

2017-09-30 17:21:02 UTC

That sucks

2017-09-30 17:21:11 UTC

hmm

2017-09-30 17:21:32 UTC

2017-09-30 17:23:11 UTC

Any possibility of making this state over seas?

2017-09-30 17:23:32 UTC

Where are you from korva?

2017-09-30 17:23:41 UTC

The US

2017-09-30 17:23:59 UTC

overseas where?

2017-09-30 17:24:14 UTC

Well, Australia seems like a solid fit

2017-09-30 17:24:35 UTC

Australia costs a lot too they have about the same prices as here

2017-09-30 17:24:54 UTC

no, this group is for the PNW, you're free to discuss other locations here though

2017-09-30 17:24:59 UTC

you would be a mortgage slave tbh

2017-09-30 17:25:09 UTC

Ah

2017-09-30 17:25:20 UTC

and yeah, isnt Aus really expensive?

2017-09-30 17:25:53 UTC

I guess

2017-09-30 17:26:35 UTC

give me a city in the PNW on the rural side so i can check the prices

2017-09-30 17:27:19 UTC

Walla walla washingtons kind of rural

2017-09-30 17:28:12 UTC

Mossyrock is a pretty good destination

2017-09-30 17:28:43 UTC

WA over all is not the cheapest state, states like Idaho are much cheaper but also have harsher climate

2017-09-30 17:29:32 UTC

the prices are ok

2017-09-30 17:29:37 UTC

80k-300k

2017-09-30 17:30:16 UTC

you can buy a lot of land there

2017-09-30 17:30:34 UTC

Personally was looking into snagging 40 or so acres in Wyoming

2017-09-30 17:31:02 UTC

Walla walla looks like a good location

2017-09-30 17:31:07 UTC

2017-09-30 17:31:52 UTC

Around the casper or douglas area

2017-09-30 17:31:53 UTC

2017-09-30 17:32:28 UTC

Found places with natural springs and a river for under 200k, 40acre lot

2017-09-30 17:32:40 UTC

Was pretty solid looking

2017-09-30 17:33:45 UTC

both of those places look very dry, how would you grow anything there?

2017-09-30 17:34:05 UTC

doesnt that need some extensive irrigation?

2017-09-30 17:36:18 UTC

Not really. It rains often enough and there are quite a few rivers and streams

2017-09-30 17:38:00 UTC

It's primarily used for livestock though

2017-09-30 17:38:19 UTC
