well already oregon is off the map, state income tax

washington has none

no one will likely make enough money for it to be taxable

that's unrealistic. the best idea is for everyone to set up internet businesses and collect money that way. then funnel it into the community.

In some permaculture communities I've seen they are still "on the grid" in the sense that they occasionally restock at town and need a small income, but mostly they produce their own goods and barter with eachother
