I'm interested in learning more about the CZ Scorpion EVO, but I just can't justify pistol-caliber long guns.
HK recently started manufacturing rifles for the military sector chambered in .300 Blackout, so I'm hoping that's an indicator of that cartridge increasing in popularity.

Marinate those in some Italian dressing for a few hours, put some breading on 'em and shallow fry them in some peanut oil.

Melt 8 ounces of cream cheese with a little butter and shred in 8 ounces of whatever cheese you like
Melt it all together and add a little milk to smooth it out
Add half a teaspoon of smoked paprika and cayenne pepper
Goes great on burgers and macaroni
The last time I made this, I also sauteed some onions and mixed those in as well.
As far as cheeses go, I usually do this with smoked gouda
smoked gouda is 10/10
bought some from the Amish the other day.
If I use bleu cheese and omit the spices, it makes a good topping for steaks and chicken.
I mentioned earlier that I'm working on getting myself back in shape, but it's worth noting that you should never trust a skinny cook.
