Am starting on my first Black Fast in years today.. That means a 14-day period of No Meats, No Dairies..No Alcohol..no Droogs, no Medicines..No Aspartam..and No Fish, or Fowl..or, for that matter Corn. Only Fruits and Veggíes, with Coffee..and, Tea..as well as Water, and Fruit Juices.. Should be No Nicotine too as well, but I get so Destructive without my Nícotine, and..I just had a Fire, Burning out my House..That Twin Address of the American Embassy in Norway.

Got of to a bad start though, as I sprinkled some Salt on the one egg that I ate for breakfast.. Probably won't last longer than Gíraffe Mix though.. Same Procedure as Last Time, Miss Sophie.. 4-5 days (out of two weeks..) Just starting to Clear in the Head from those Nerve-Degenerating Psychiatric Meds..and, then..Back to Butter on Lard??
