They come from your immune system’s response to the vaccine, which is similar to the response to the virus.
There is no mechanism allowing for the vaccine to give you influenza short of the nurse failing to sterilize the area or contaminating the needle

There is no contradiction. The flu comes from influenza. Symptoms are not diseases. You can’t reasonably claim that flu vaccines give you the flu, that’s just a hypothesis.
You develop proper immunity from exposure to the virus. Even altered viruses can cause the flu. You can’t reasonably claim that just because you have symptoms...you’re not sick. 🙄

Vaccines are typically made only from specific proteins characteristic of the given virus. I do not know if this specific vaccine is from a live virus, but I’ll be waiting for a study to affirm your hypothesis.
