They want everyone in compact cities

2019-11-04 16:39:35 UTC

They turn 4 lane roads into two lane roads with a bike lane on each side separated with a barrier so cars cant drive in the bike lane.

Then an emergency happens like a fire and ppl cant get out so they end up burning to death

2019-11-04 16:40:01 UTC

Government is inept

2019-11-04 16:40:06 UTC

Corrupted

2019-11-04 16:40:28 UTC

You know the government can just buy their land or evict them right

2019-11-04 16:40:40 UTC

No reason to cause so much damage just for roads

2019-11-04 16:40:41 UTC

Basically all roads have bikelanes here

2019-11-04 16:40:43 UTC

Why buy it when they can have for free

2019-11-04 16:40:45 UTC

Except highways

2019-11-04 16:40:51 UTC

They can

2019-11-04 16:40:56 UTC

Thats called evicting

2019-11-04 16:41:08 UTC

Buy it for millions of dollars or just burn some bushes <:hmm_eye:625493384886222849>

2019-11-04 16:41:08 UTC

Imminent domain is hard to get

2019-11-04 16:41:37 UTC

Takes years to imminent domain

2019-11-04 16:42:03 UTC

Takes a couple of secs to light a few bushes

2019-11-04 16:43:33 UTC

You know executive orders exist

2019-11-04 16:44:04 UTC

Idk if i used the right thing but where trump can say you must give up your land for the betterment of America as a whole

2019-11-04 16:44:17 UTC

Or not even land but just laws in general

2019-11-04 16:44:27 UTC

Agenda 21
Resilient cities
Failing infrastructure
Forest management
How the power grid has changed
How the power grid works
Government failure to secure adequate firefighting equipment and personnel

2019-11-04 16:44:33 UTC

And supreme court can decide wether or not its constitutional

Paradise fired and the fires going on right now is Agenda 21 in action

2019-11-05 18:35:55 UTC

They want the masses to move away from rural areas into big cities

2019-11-05 18:39:30 UTC

Rural living is bad for the environment. Increases surface area that exposes people to fires and makes evacuation more difficult.

2019-11-05 18:56:16 UTC

@RadRhys bad for the environment? So you're telling me having animals and trees around your house with grass and flowers and clean rivers is bad for the environment?

But asphalt, apartments, skyscrapers, polluted water. Cutting down all the habitat for animals. Chemicals running into the gutter polluting the rivers and oceans. You think those things are good for the environment.

Seriously. I think you have it backwards

2019-11-05 18:57:01 UTC

Dont forget waste treatment plants polluting the oceans and rivers from millions of sheep

2019-11-05 18:57:33 UTC

Wildfire=manMadeFire, that one guy that flick his cigarette out the road while driving, “may” cause some patch of dried grass to catch on fire

2019-11-05 18:57:50 UTC

Vs a green method of composting

2019-11-05 19:46:03 UTC

There are approximately 7some billion people on the Earth, and that number is expected to rise. If everyone had their way, nobody would have their way. People who live in rural environment exude more pollution than than those who live in urban environments. You’re completely ignoring concentration, @Citizen Z

2019-11-05 19:48:20 UTC

Lawns, increased distance between locations combined with a lack of density to justify moving multiple people at once, lack of pedestrian accessibility to commercial zones, increased encroachment on environment, etc. all make rural life worse.

2019-11-05 19:51:18 UTC

Derp

2019-11-05 19:51:41 UTC

You think a polluted city full of needles and feces and garbage is better

2019-11-05 19:53:23 UTC

Pollution per capita and poverty rates have an increasing trend as density decreases

2019-11-05 19:53:31 UTC

Lets see your way of living
