2019-10-30 14:49:33 UTC

How we shouldn’t respect the wamens

2019-10-30 14:49:33 UTC

very scentific of you

2019-10-30 14:49:45 UTC

Huh?

2019-10-30 14:49:48 UTC

We rlly should tho

2019-10-30 14:49:54 UTC

Why shouldn't respect the women?

2019-10-30 14:49:55 UTC

What ms your stance on this

2019-10-30 14:50:13 UTC

Because they r different

2019-10-30 14:50:13 UTC

You don't need to be a whiteknight but you can still respect them if they deserve it

2019-10-30 14:50:23 UTC

Respect isn't given by default dude it's earned

2019-10-30 14:50:33 UTC

They haven’t earned it

2019-10-30 14:50:42 UTC

No one earns it

2019-10-30 14:50:44 UTC

Not just women

2019-10-30 14:50:46 UTC

Men as well

2019-10-30 14:50:51 UTC

It's subjective

2019-10-30 14:50:57 UTC

It’s objective man

2019-10-30 14:51:02 UTC

Whatever

2019-10-30 14:51:03 UTC

Open your eyes

2019-10-30 14:51:28 UTC

The thing is with the stem fields is that a lot of women who go into the field end up leaving because they aren't motivated enough or because they have families

2019-10-30 14:51:54 UTC

It’s because they are not as talented

2019-10-30 14:52:03 UTC

It is easier for a woman to get into those fields

2019-10-30 14:52:20 UTC

So they struggle at the higher levels

2019-10-30 14:52:29 UTC

And thus they drop out

2019-10-30 14:53:26 UTC

It's small brain time

2019-10-30 14:56:28 UTC

`Forty-three percent of women who became parents left full-time STEM employment during the study period compared to 24 percent of child-free women. About half of the new parents said they left for family-related reasons, compared with just 4 percent of those without children.`

2019-10-30 14:56:46 UTC
