They haven’t earned it
No one earns it
Not just women
Men as well
It's subjective
It’s objective man
Whatever
Open your eyes
The thing is with the stem fields is that a lot of women who go into the field end up leaving because they aren't motivated enough or because they have families
It’s because they are not as talented
It is easier for a woman to get into those fields
So they struggle at the higher levels
And thus they drop out
It's small brain time
`Forty-three percent of women who became parents left full-time STEM employment during the study period compared to 24 percent of child-free women. About half of the new parents said they left for family-related reasons, compared with just 4 percent of those without children.`
yes seems like good ol soceital norms to me
also, look what I found @Logrian
https://capx.co/what-jordan-peterson-gets-wrong-about-the-nordic-gender-paradox/
honestly is anyone surprised that jordan got it wrong
no one
he isnt a scientist
just proves my point
woman dont wannah work 90hrs a week
an wiould rather work more fulfilling low waged jobs
there is more pressure on women to be mom and caretaker
good
thats not an issue
which is why they leave
thats literally the reason
woman should get the hcild rearing done early
then theyve plenty of time for the STEM
otherwise they will feel hollow an empty
pressures like these are the reason they leave
woman need children an families
its in their nature
no, it is believed that women need to be mothers and primary caretakers hence they feel pressured into the role and end up leaving STEM fields, which obviously require a lot more attention
they do tho
they live because of societal pressure not because of ""nature""
woman whove put careers first feel empty an hollow an worthless
its sad
